Create your first SOP
- 01Click New SOP and give it a title and category.
- 02Add a step, then attach a short clip, screen recording, or image.
- 03Reorder steps by dragging. Save as draft or publish.
Invite your team
- 01Open Settings → Members.
- 02Add people by email and assign a role (admin, author, or viewer).
- 03Creator seats cover admins and authors; viewer seats cover everyone else.
Track who has watched
- 01Open an SOP’s analytics.
- 02See views and completions per person.
- 03Follow up with anyone who hasn’t finished.
