What is Soppable?
Soppable is a B2B platform for building standard operating procedures as short, swipeable step-by-step guides. You add a video clip, screen recording, or image to each step; your team watches on their phone and marks it complete.
Who creates the video and images?
You do. Soppable is where your procedures live, get watched, and get tracked; you bring the clips, screen recordings, or photos for each step, usually filmed on a phone in a few minutes. AutoAuthor drafts the structure, the steps, what to capture for each, and a comprehension quiz from your notes or a transcript, so the only manual part is capturing the footage. Soppable does not film or edit the footage for you.
How does Soppable handle compliance and audit?
Every completion is an e-signature: it records the person’s name, a timestamp, and the exact SOP version they completed, so you can show who attested to which procedure and when. Editing a published SOP creates a new version, and prior versions are retained, so you can always demonstrate what a procedure said on any given date.

Offline playback for low-connectivity environments like warehouses and production floors is coming soon. Today the mobile player requires a connection.
Does Soppable support other languages?
Multi-language SOPs are coming soon. We are building auto-translation and multi-language authoring in AutoAuthor so frontline teams can read procedures in the language they work in.
How is our data handled and is it secure?

What is the difference between a creator seat and a viewer seat?
Creator seats can author and manage SOPs (owner, admin, and author roles). Viewer seats can only watch and complete SOPs.
